Digital Download Help & FAQs

Need help choosing or opening a Real MKOI Digital download? Start here, or contact the shop with your order number and product name.

Will I receive a physical item?

Products purchased through this shop’s checkout are digital files. Physical materials, equipment and styled preview props are not included.

Our physical story and coloring books are purchased separately on Amazon. Use the Amazon buttons on that page to see paperback pricing and delivery options. For an Amazon book order, visit Your Orders in your Amazon account.

What should I check before buying?

  • What's included: the exact formats, number of designs or pages, and any guides.
  • Tools: your software's supported formats and your machine's working area.
  • Project details: material thickness, dimensions and assembly requirements for craft files.
  • License: permitted personal or commercial uses vary by product. Read the specific listing and included license.

How do I open my download?

Follow the download instructions supplied with your purchase. Save the files to your device. If the download is a ZIP archive, extract it first, then open the README or starting guide before using the artwork.

A computer is useful for large archives, laser software, spreadsheets and 3D files. Check that your device has enough space for the download.

Which file should I use?

SVG and DXF are commonly used for vector artwork and cutting paths. PNG and JPG are images used for printing or raster engraving. PDF is used for printable pages and instructions. STL and OBJ are 3D model formats. A file extension alone does not guarantee compatibility with a particular machine. See the full file-format guide.

My link, ZIP or file is not working.

Please send your order number, product title, device or software name, and the exact error message through the contact form. A screenshot of the error can help. Never send your password or payment-card details.

How should I print a coloring page?

Use the paper size and orientation in that product's instructions. Review your printer preview before printing. If you use markers, print single-sided and place a protective sheet behind the page. Colors and margins can vary by printer.

Can I sell things I make?

Check the specific product license before making items for sale. Buying a download does not automatically grant resale, redistribution or commercial-production rights. If the license is unclear, ask the shop before purchasing.

Why might my finished project look different?

Listing images can include styled mockups and project visualizations. Your material, scale, engraving settings, printer, paints and assembly affect the result. Check the product description for what the download actually contains.
