RBF + Chan clothing and totes

For the RBF + Chan collection, delivery is currently available to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C., Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Orders below $50.00 USD: Standard shipping is $7.95 to the contiguous U.S. and Washington, D.C., or $13.99 to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Orders of $50.00 USD or more: Free standard shipping.

These collection-specific destinations and rates apply to RBF + Chan products. Your available shipping options and final charges are displayed at checkout. These products are made to order; production time is additional to carrier transit time.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

International availability varies by product. RBF + Chan destinations are listed above. Shipping charges and available destinations for your order will be displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders of $50.00 USD or more.

Delivery times vary by destination:

Domestic (US): 5-10 business days after processing
International: 10-21 business days after processing (may vary by country)

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Real MKOI Digital is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Real MKOI Digital is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
