1:12 miniature firehouse and bell tower laser cut files

Give your village a landmark with details designed to move. The Komorebi Fire Watch House pairs an ornate cart hall and tall open tower with a miniature firecart, furniture and brigade equipment.

Digital files only: SVG/DXF cutting plans and PDF guides. This purchase is not a physical model or a set of wooden pieces.

Included in the complete download

  • 435 wooden pieces across 168 numbered designs.
  • An 81-page assembly manual, 63-page cut-sheet atlas, inventories and calibration files.
  • Six machine/support configurations and individual replacement-part files.
  • Eleven separate subkits: locker, desk, stool, equipment rack, bench, four buckets, two brigade standards, firecart and pump, hose reel, bell-cord guide and portable ladder.

Working-feature designs

Two sliding bay leaves, removable hall and tower roofs, rear access and ladder flights provide access to the interior. The cart has four rolling wheels, an opening chest lid and a pivoting drawbar. Its hand-operated rocker moves two guided plungers through a nominal 10 mm dry stroke; it does not pump water. The hose reel turns, and the furniture includes four opening doors and two desk drawers.

A separately purchased 20–25 mm clapper bell and cord provide the intended ringing function. Lighting is an optional maker addition.

Materials and laser setup

Scale: 1:12. Base: 540 × 360 mm. Allow approximately 530 mm overall height. Use 3.175 mm structural stock with 1.5 mm overlays. Supply wood, glue, finish, shafts, fasteners, cloth hinges, cord, dowels and the specified bell.

Layouts include xTool P2S slats, honeycomb, and riser with honeycomb; Glowforge CO2/Performance, Aura and Spark. Use your exact model folder and suitable material. The separate subkits repeat pieces already included in the complete-kit sheets.

Before cutting

P1 digitally checked prototype, not physically tested. Cut the calibration sample and trial moving joints before production. Preserve the millimetre scale and establish your own material settings and kerf compensation; none are preset.

Designed with AI assistance. Generated finish images show an assembly interpretation; exact CAD and numbered vectors govern the build. Other buildings, landscaping and scenery are not supplied.
