Give your miniature village a place to gather. Komorebi Town Hall & Clock Tower brings an ornate two-storey civic building, a furnished council chamber and a central clock tower to your 1:12 scene. Layered woodwork, lattice panels and a front balcony create a distinctive centerpiece you can finish in your own style.

DIGITAL DOWNLOAD ONLY. This purchase supplies SVG and DXF laser-cut files with illustrated PDF instructions, not a physical model or materials. Both xTool P2S and Glowforge layout families are included. Revision P1 is a digitally checked prototype that has not been physically cut, assembled or tested for movement.

One complete building, seven furniture sets

  • Two-storey town hall with an entrance hall, upper council chamber, balcony, internal staircase and central clock tower.
  • 602 wooden pieces across 291 numbered designs in the default manual-clock build. Calibration samples, optional quartz-adapter parts and purchased hardware are additional.
  • Council table and six matching chairs, mayor's desk, records cabinet, visitor bench, speaker's lectern and outdoor noticeboard.
  • Separate furniture-set layouts for selected builds or extra copies. These repeat parts already present in the complete-kit sheets.

Details designed to do more

Two entrance leaves downstairs and two balcony leaves are designed to slide. Removable roof sections and rear closures provide access to both floors. The mayor's desk includes two complete pull-out drawer boxes; the records cabinet has two opening doors and four shelves. The outdoor noticeboard has an opening case and replaceable paper notices.

Moving features require careful assembly and trial fitting with your actual wood, hinges and finish. Supplied plans describe intended operation; physical operation has not yet been verified.

Choose your clock configuration

The included wooden dial has two independently adjustable hands. It does not keep time. For battery-driven timekeeping, the alternative cassette accepts the separately purchased quartz insert specified in the manual. The adapter, bore gauge and service instructions are included; the clock insert and battery are not. Measure the actual insert before cutting its final mounting parts.

  • Eight illustrative finish mockups and twelve exact CAD views.

Size and material requirements

Scale: 1:12. Assembled envelope: 600 × 420 × 706 mm, approximately 23.6 × 16.5 × 27.8 inches. Wood: nominal 3.175 mm structural stock and 1.5 mm detail stock.

You supply suitable laser-compatible wood, adhesives, finishing materials and the hardware listed in the guide, including fabric hinges and fasteners. Paper, optional glazing and cushions are maker-supplied. Do not substitute a different stock thickness by uniformly scaling the artwork; that changes fitted joints.

Both machine families in one purchase

Choose from xTool P2S slat-bed, honeycomb and riser-with-honeycomb layouts, or Glowforge CO2/Performance, Aura and Spark layouts. Read the setup guide for the exact canvas and orientation of your configuration. A matching layout does not make an unsuitable material compatible with your laser.

Import at 100% in millimetres. Cut the calibration samples first. Nominal paths have no baked-in kerf compensation, and no automatic power or speed settings are supplied. Assign scoring operations first, then interior cuts and finally exterior profiles.

The customer download is one All-Machines ZIP. Extract it on your computer and begin with 00-READ-FIRST.pdf. Choose one machine configuration; the other machine and furniture layouts are alternatives, not additional pieces you must cut.

Image and development disclosure: Designed with AI assistance. Finish images are generated visualizations, not photographs of a built prototype. Exact CAD views and the numbered plans define the supplied geometry. Surrounding village buildings, landscaping and decorative scene props are not included.
