Dimensions and material
Finished diameter: 300 mm, approximately 11.8 inches at the supplied scale. Nine layers of 3 mm material make approximately 27 mm of wood depth before glue. Laser-compatible 3 mm plywood is a suggested starting stock; confirm material and bed compatibility on your machine.
How to make it
Extract the ZIP and choose SVG or DXF. Verify imported dimensions, assign red paths to cutting and blue paths to line engraving or scoring, and run engraving first. Dry-stack the layers in numbered order before gluing.
The design has been digitally checked but not physically test-cut. Test your actual wood and laser settings before making the complete project.
