Start with four rooms, then furnish them your way. This two-storey open-back miniature house includes an attic, straight staircase, eight window openings, two double-door openings and a round attic window.

Dimensions and material

Scale: 1:12. In the 3.000 mm edition the assembled envelope is approximately 441 × 261 × 568.9 mm. Wall footprint: 420 × 240 mm. Largest deck piece: 428 × 248 mm.

Choose the structural edition matching your measured wood. Original layouts fit within 495 × 279 mm, but the largest individual part must also fit your laser. These original files are not automatically sectioned for smaller beds.

Assembly and fit

Main shell joints use removable wedge keys; smaller staircase joints use glue. Import SVG or DXF at the stated millimetre size and test the calibration coupon first. Do not uniformly scale the project to compensate for a different material thickness.

Wood, glue, tools and finishes are not included. No automatic power, speed or kerf presets are supplied. Part references appear in the guide and inventory, not automatically engraved on every piece.
